Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, will be optimized to run on low cost devices

    According to Wall street Journal, the next version of Android , Key Lime Pie will be optimized to run on low cost devices.
    And Google's next phone Moto X is supposedly a low cost phone too.

    Google is still confusing people if the 4.3 version will be Key Lime Pie or 5.0.

    It will be Jelly Bean. The Build number is JWR66N.  The first letter of the build number, J represents the name Jelly Bean.

    Either from the start or at some point in the middle all smartphone OS has to work on low cost devices else it won't be able to survive. Not all can afford high end phones so if you want your OS to be a market leader then you need to think about the majority. And the majority is the poor people having low end phones.
